Fighting Measure just received the Pro Full Training Headgear from Fighting Sports in black leather.  For the boxers out there, I am sure you are familiar with the new line of Fighting Sports equipment from Title Boxing.  The Fighting Sports gear equipment color comes in either black or white and shares a similar logo with the Winning Japanese brand (I don’t think they share the same history).  Stay tuned for a full product review of the Fighting Sports Pro Full Training Headgear!  More to come…

  1. How is the fighting sport headgear?

I have used the headgear during some heavy sparring sessions and I am very happy with the comfort and protection. Super comfortable fit and excellent quality materials. I’ll have a full review in the next couple of days.

    Regards and happy training!

  3. This seems like a superb product. However the eye aperture may restrict the athlete’s visibility. That is my primary concern.

  4. Yes, so far the Fighting Sports headgear has been superb. I also had concerns about the restricted visibility due to the thicker padding and about 1 1/2″ opening between the top opening and cheek pad. Also, I thought the peripheral vision would be obstructed by more padding as well. With that said, I have had no problem with vision obscurement and I was quite surprised how well I could see. So far so good…

  5. Thanks for the review!

I just got mine yesterday and I really like it. The only problem is it seems a little loose. I got size Large. I’m considering sending it back for a Regular. I wish they came in more sizes. What size did you go with?

  6. John…I went with the small/medium size because I’ve got a pin head which makes me harder to hit! All joking aside, if the headgear feels too loose then you should get the smaller size. Your headgear should have a snug fit to it. Thanks for checking out Fighting Measure!
